A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your wedding date. Full payment is due 30 days before your event. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the event are subject to cancellation fees.

3. Image Rights and Usage

You grant ValueWed Creations permission to use your images for marketing and promotional purposes. High-resolution images will be provided within 3 weeks of your event.

4. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may prevent service delivery.

6. Weather and Venue Policies

We will work with you to develop backup plans for outdoor events. Venue restrictions may apply and should be communicated in advance.
